How credit purchases work
SwiftCert sells credit packs as consumable in-app purchases. Credits are used to export paid certificate PDFs. Quotes, invoices, expenses, mileage, and tax summaries do not use credits.
No refunds or transfers
All purchased credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please check the credit pack, price, and quantity carefully before buying. Once a credit pack is purchased, SwiftCert does not provide refunds for unused credits, used credits, accidental purchases, change of mind, device changes, uninstalling the app, or stopping use of the app.
Why credits cannot be refunded
SwiftCert is designed to work offline. Credit balances and certificate exports are stored on your own device, not in an online account controlled by SwiftCert. Because of this, SwiftCert cannot reliably track every export, reverse a credit purchase, remove credits from another device, or transfer credits between users.
Free credits
Free credits (the initial welcome grant and the monthly top-up) are not purchases and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or cash value. They are provided only as part of using the app.
